I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again: if you think that having a photographer for a friend is a good thing, you may just want to rethink that. Sure, you might get a free session or two – but you’ll also likely wait a really long time for the photos. This post is all about my two last sessions back in Seattle this September … that’s right, the parents of these two little cuties have been waiting three months for their teasers – which is a really, really long time in baby world!
First up is Lila Avery, daughter of my good friends Scott and Michelle. She was just under two months old when I took these photos, and she was beginning to hold herself up a little and was most inquisitive. I love her huge eyes, so pretty. Next up is Sidney, my third cousin in law (I think) – her mom Heather and dad John are both friends and family of ours, and it was awesome getting to meet their newest addition to the family when she was just a couple of weeks old. Her mass of dark hair was so pretty and unexpected, and she gazed lovingly at her mom throughout the session – too cute!
Thank you so much for your amazing patience, and I hope you all like the teasers!
