Photobooth Fun at Elisa + Max’s Wedding

Ahhhh, it’s so nice to finally have some downtime – I’ve just completed my final wedding of 2009 (teasers coming next week) and I have all kinds of good stuff to bring to the blog over the next few months.  I wanted to do a little post on my photobooth at some point, and after seeing the craziness at Max + Elisa’s wedding in Seattle this last weekend I figured now would be the perfect time.

The photobooth is available at all weddings for an additional charge of $350 plus tax.  I recommend having it available after the main reception events (such as the cake-cutting, toasts and first dances) have ended and during the “open dancing” part of the night.  It gives your guests a fun alternative to dancing, and even dance floor divas need to take a little break every so often.  We bring along a backdrop and props aplenty … ah, the props.  Some current favorites include an Elvis half-mask, a giant pair of scissors, a set of mustaches, pirate gear, a couple of rubber chickens, disco hats and giant red monster hands.  It’s always interesting to see which items are the most popular at each wedding.

At Elisa and Max’s wedding we had the photobooth running for an hour near the end of the evening, and my fab assistant Fiona captured almost all of these shots while I was working the dance floor.  Fun!  Guests will be able to find the full set available for purchase over on my client site (click here).
