I got an awesome email on Monday morning: a link to the ISPWP Winter 2009 contest gallery … I was super excited to see that I’d placed three four images in the contest, not bad for my first time entering. 
Below are three of the winning images; I also placed second (!) in the Pure Art category … awesome!
Oh, congratulations, Kate! I commented on the first photo on facebook: it really did bring a tear to my eye – it still does. The third photo is another one of my favorite photos of yours, but all three are just wonderful!
Just a followup to my comment – I got to thinking that it must have been some photo to have beaten your first one, so I went to have a look – and yep, I’m blubbing again, lol!
Kate I hate to break it to you but you placed FOUR images, 2nd place in Pure Art!
