Boston + New England Wedding Photography, Boudoir and Portraits bio picture

Hello.

I'm a Boston wedding photographer with a photojournalistic approach.  I also love fun, candid portrait photography and boudoir sessions.  My style is modern, organic and emotional, with a little bit of goofball thrown in.  My specialties?  Decisive moments, big hugs, dramatic backgrounds, perfect details, sideways glances, goofy expressions and raw emotion.

My favorite things in the world are beer (a pint of Manny's or my hubby's home brewed porter), food (cheese or sushi, yes please!) and warm, geeky, loving, smoochy people and their doggies.  If you're looking for my website, click here.  And don't forget to leave a comment on one of the posts below - comments make me happy.

One of things I love the most about my job is watching relationships turn into marriages turn into families.  I first met Sara Anne and Brendan in November of 2007 at Tully’s coffee shop in the Wallingford neighborhood of Seattle.  I was pretty new to weddings at the time, but we had an amazing meeting...

Seattle Baby Sessions: Lila + Sidney

I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again: if you think that having a photographer for a friend is a good thing, you may just want to rethink that.  Sure, you might get a free session or two – but you’ll also likely wait a really long time for the photos.  This post is...

Golden Gardens Family Session: Adrienne, Chris + Tate

Last week I got to meet up with one of my favorite wedding couples from last summer, Adrienne and Chris, for some final family photos before I move away.  They drove all the way from Olympia for the session and I had lots of fun showing off my favorite Seattle beach to them, Golden Gardens....

Carkeek Park + Beach Family Session: Tev, Riona + Cian

On Sunday afternoon, we finally had some amazing sun in Seattle (I had actually forgotten what sunshine felt like, it had been so long) and I headed over to Carkeek Park with Tev, Riona and Cian.  Riona wanted some photos to mark Cian’s turning 18 months, and it was pretty cool that we managed to...
