I’m running things a little backwards here, but next up for teasers are Jessica and West. I met with them on Sunday afternoon for their engagement session at Discovery Park and the Olympic Sculpture Park.
We started off on the beach at Discovery Park, one of my all time favorite places to photograph. We managed to bend some rules so that we could park down by the lighthouse (otherwise it’s a good 30-minute trek, not something I can easily do with my ginormous camera bag!)
I love it when couples just relax and go with the flow during our sessions - it makes it much more fun, and it means I can get some great candid shots.
It was pretty blustery on the beach, so after a while we headed downtown to the sculpture park, and Jessica and West changed into their very cute dressy outfits. I am in love with Jessica’s dress - it’s so elegant.
At the end of the afternoon, we traveled up to their wedding venue, French Creek Manor, for a look around and a few last photos. Thanks for a fun afternoon, Jessica and West, and for being so completely relaxed and loved up - you made my job so easy!
